Order Processing

All in-stock items are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak retail periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer, but our team works diligently to minimize delays.

Pre-Orders

Products listed as pre-orders are not currently in stock but are expected to arrive at our fulfillment center shortly. Customers may secure these items in advance by placing a pre-order.

• Estimated dispatch dates are provided on the product page and are subject to change based on supplier or shipping delays.
• Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are available for shipment. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over €40.

• Shipping fees for orders under €40 will be calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service.
• Express shipping may be offered where available for an additional fee.
